Mother-centered care
Support designed around the whole mother, her choices, and her unique journey.
Our story
Peace! I'm Kendra, a full-spectrum doula, Pregnancy and Infant Loss (PAIL) advocate, placenta encapsulation specialist, herbal wellness advocate, and proud mother of two.
For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by pregnancy, birth, and the journey into motherhood. Growing up, I was always drawn to the women in my family during their pregnancies. I loved being part of those moments, listening to their stories, and witnessing the strength, resilience, and transformation that come with bringing new life into the world.
Looking back, I can see that birth work was calling me long before I knew what a doula was.
My passion for supporting families is deeply personal. I became a mother as a teenager, and while I cherished becoming a parent, I also understand firsthand the challenges, uncertainty, and isolation that can come with navigating pregnancy and motherhood at a young age.
During that time, I often found myself wishing I had someone in my corner—someone who could answer my questions without judgment, help me advocate for myself, reassure me when I felt overwhelmed, and remind me of my strength.
I wish I had a doula.
Every mother deserves to feel seen, supported, and confident in her own journey.
OUR MISSION
That experience fuels my commitment to supporting others, especially teenage mothers. I believe every young parent deserves compassionate, respectful care and access to the information and support they need to make empowered decisions.
My goal is to create a safe space where young mothers feel seen, heard, and valued—not judged.
People often describe me as a calming presence. Whether I'm helping a family prepare for birth, navigate postpartum recovery, or work through unexpected challenges, I bring a sense of peace, organization, and reassurance.
As an avid reader, planner, and lifelong learner, I am constantly expanding my knowledge so I can provide thoughtful, evidence-informed support tailored to each family's unique needs.
As a full-spectrum doula, I support individuals through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, reproductive experiences, and pregnancy loss. As a Pregnancy and Infant Loss advocate, I hold space for families experiencing grief, ensuring they receive the compassion, recognition, and support they deserve.
Through placenta encapsulation and herbal wellness advocacy, I also help families explore holistic approaches to nourishment, recovery, and healing during the postpartum period.
Every mother deserves to feel seen, supported, and confident in her own journey.
