Birth is powerful, sacred, and deeply personal. With the Birth Support Only package, you receive continuous, compassionate support throughout your labor and birth — without the prenatal sessions included in a full doula package.

This offering is ideal for families who feel prepared during pregnancy but want a calm, experienced, intuitive presence during labor. As your doula, I bring grounding energy, hands‑on comfort techniques, advocacy, and emotional support from the moment you need me until your baby is born.

You don’t have to navigate labor alone. I’m there to support your body, your choices, and your birth experience with warmth and intention.

What’s Included:

• On‑call support from 38 weeks
• Continuous labor support at home, hospital, or birth center
• Hands‑on comfort measures (counterpressure, massage, positioning, breathwork)
• Advocacy + communication support with your care team
• Partner support + coaching
• Immediate postpartum support (1–2 hours after birth)
• One postpartum check‑in (virtual or in‑person)
